This Privacy Policy explains what information tvrestaurants.com ("the Site," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by TVRestaurants.com, as a sole-proprietor-operated site based in the United States. You can reach us at hello@tvrestaurants.com.
The short version: we don't have user accounts and we don't ask you to log in. We do run advertising and basic analytics, which involve some automatic data collection described below.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit, our advertising and analytics providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and approximate location (derived from IP address, not GPS). We do not collect this information ourselves outside of what our vendors below provide us in aggregate, de-identified reporting.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads, including ads personalized to your interests based on your browsing activity across sites. Google's publisher policies require us to disclose this, and require that publishers give users a way to learn about and control how this data is used.
You can:
- Opt out of personalized advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings
- Opt out of personalized advertising from many participating companies at aboutads.info/choices (US) and youronlinechoices.eu (EU)
- Set your browser to block or delete cookies, though this may affect how parts of the Site display
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a valid request to opt you out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context advertising, and we honor it automatically.

Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic (page views, load performance). This tool does not use cookies or browser storage and does not build an individual profile of you — it computes an aggregate, anonymized visitor count from request data that is hashed and discarded, and does not track you across other websites.
Note: whether this analytics method is fully exempt from EU/UK cookie-consent rules is a genuinely unsettled question among privacy commentators. Some analyses conclude no consent banner is required because nothing is stored on your device; others flag that Cloudflare's own data handling may still raise separate international-transfer questions under GDPR. We are not asserting this is risk-free for EU/UK visitors, only disclosing accurately what the tool does.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase or booking, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure for details. Clicking an affiliate link takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy policy, which we don't control.
Contact / correction forms
If you use our "report a correction" or contact form, we collect whatever you submit (e.g., your message, and your email address if you choose to provide one so we can follow up). We use this only to review and respond to your submission. See our Editorial & Corrections Policy.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we or our vendors hold about you, to request deletion, or to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of your information (several U.S. states now have laws along these lines, including California's CCPA/CPRA). We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above and will respond to a verifiable rights request sent to hello@tvrestaurants.com.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
International visitors
If you're visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, please note our advertising partners may require your consent before showing you personalized ads, consistent with Google's consent management requirements for those regions.
The Site uses Google's own certified Consent Management Platform ("Privacy & messaging") to collect and manage that consent — it loads and asks before any personalized-ad request is made to visitors in those regions, and it honors a GPC signal the same way described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes affecting how we handle your data will be reflected here before they take effect.
