Country Nights was a country-and-western nightclub in San Antonio, Texas, the seventh bar owner Dalia DeMoore had run in fifteen years by the time it opened in 2015. The "Dalia's Inferno" episode, broadcast March 10, 2019, centered on DeMoore's own on-the-job drinking and its effect on staff discipline: bartenders were observed drinking and behaving unprofessionally with customers, and one employee said she felt free to run the floor however she wished because the owner permitted staff to drink while working, within limits. The business was carrying roughly $144,000 in debt, with monthly losses reported in the thousands of dollars, and the recon and stress-test segments captured drinks served short, orders mishandled, and a generally chaotic floor during a busy night.

During the rescue, staff received retraining on responsible service, portion control, and standard drink recipes, and the venue underwent a cosmetic refresh that included updated signage, seating, and stage lighting for the club's live-music nights.
