What happened after Food Paradise?

"Local Lowdown" (S17E3) featured Little Uncle, a Thai restaurant on Seattle's Capitol Hill run by husband-and-wife chefs Wiley Frank and Poncharee "PK" Kounpungchart. The restaurant began as a farmers-market pop-up before opening a walk-up window on E Madison St in 2011, then moved into a larger space nearby in 2016. According to Capitol Hill Seattle Blog, the Franks closed Little Uncle for good in September 2019, announcing on Facebook that a Saturday dinner service would be the restaurant's last. Seattle Met reported the same closure that month, noting the couple said they were ready to move on to new projects. The Laotian-influenced restaurant Taurus Ox later took over the space, according to Capitol Hill Seattle Blog. Chef Wiley Frank subsequently returned to Seattle's restaurant scene, working in the kitchen at Standard Brewing, according to Capitol Hill Seattle Blog's 2021 follow-up report.
