According to Actabl, the changes shown included training the family in cleaning methods with a room checklist, a written family agreement on how disagreements would be decided, removal of the signs, ice cream cone, junk and the old hotel sign, replacement of broken furniture, new linens and bedding, deep-cleaned carpets, and renovated guest rooms, wedding chapel and lobby.
