Recon and stress-test footage showed an untrained bar staff, oversized food served in styrofoam containers, and security guards who missed alcohol planted on patrons during pat-downs; when guard Ron missed the item during a pat-down, owner Shelton fired him on the spot. A chef who arrived intoxicated and belligerent during the stress test was also let go by Shelton before the night was through.
