The restaurant serves Philippine island-style charcoal-grilled barbecue chicken at 2550 Country Hills Blvd NE in northeast Calgary. Daily Hive (2026-03-28) reported that the chicken is marinated for 48 hours in a house spice blend and grilled over hardwood charcoal, and quoted the restaurant calling the appearance “an incredible honour” for its Philippine island flavours; the article did not say which dish Fieri ate.
