According to Wikipedia, the Southern-style barbecue restaurant at 574 Lancaster St. W. opened in 2011, when the owners of the Waterloo barbecue restaurant Hog Tails bought a tavern in a building dating to the 1840s and renamed it. In October 2026 the restaurant's website showed a 2026 copyright, a phone number, an Order Online button, reservation and catering links, and Saturday hours of 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
