The restaurant is a locally owned, family-friendly pancake house at 2439 54 Avenue SW in Calgary. Travel Alberta's listing, last revised 2026-09-01, describes more than 40 sweet and savory pancakes cooked in a traditional Dutch method, says guests can build their own, calls it the only restaurant of its kind in Canada, and shows it as available year-round.
In October 2026 the restaurant's own website listed hours of Wednesday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and weekends from 8 am to 3 pm, with Monday and Tuesday closed. The site also cites a Gourmet Magazine mention and a John Gilchrist list of favorite Calgary and Banff restaurants.
