What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?

The Season 2 episode "The American Cheesesteak, Soulyve, Murrays Sandwich Emporium," which aired 2013-03-22, had host John Catucci try the Reggae Wrap at Soulyve in Orangeville, Ontario, a large jerk chicken wrap, according to TheTVDB's episode overview; the episode also raised the question of where jerk and pineapple pizza comes from. Chef Phil DeWar's own site, chefphildewar.ca (copyright 2022), says he owned Soulyve Restaurant from 2009 to 2019 and is now returning to his catering roots, offering Afro-Caribbean cooking at homes and events, serving as the food partner of GoodLot Farm & Farmstead Brewing Co., and running a food truck and a Jamaican patty storefront. The site lists 76 Centennial Road, Unit 3, Orangeville, as its address, and a Google Places listing for Soulyve at that address showed operating on 2026-10-19. The site does not give a closing date for the dining room.
