TVmaze's summary says the segment featured an upgraded take on classic poutine. The destination site Quebec Cite lists the restaurant at 15 rue du Fort, with a specialty in burgers and poutine, burgers on buns from local baker Eric Borderon, salads, fries, homemade chips and milkshakes, daily hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and a capacity of 56; that page carries a 2026 copyright footer. The restaurant's own menu page, read on 2026-10-19, has a poutine section headed 'Nos poutines 2.0,' including a classic version with house gravy, cheese curds and fresh herbs, a breakfast poutine benedictine, and a seasonal item marked as available from June 1 to October 15 with no year given.
