What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?

Mezes was the Toronto Greek stop in the Season 4 episode of You Gotta Eat Here! titled "Romer's, Mezes Restaurant, Royer's Round Top Cafe," which aired 2015-05-15; TVmaze's summary describes Greek cuisine in Toronto. Streets of Toronto's listing for the restaurant, last modified 2026-07-25, places it at 440 Danforth Avenue, calls it a family-run operation built around sharing plates, and says it has been on the Danforth since before 1993. The listing points to the pantzaropita, a phyllo pastry with grilled beet and sauteed leek served with skordalia, and mentions calamari and dolmas. In October 2026 the restaurant's own website listed a dine-in and lounge location at 440 Danforth Avenue, a takeout and private events location at 456 Danforth Avenue, online ordering, and delivery through DoorDash, Skip The Dishes and Uber Eats (mezes.com).
