What happened after Ramsay's Best Restaurant?

Nahm Jim appeared in the Thai category of Ramsay's Best Restaurant (Channel 4), in the episode "Thai Restaurants" aired 2010-10-12, facing London's Mango Tree, according to thetvdb.com's episode listing. The Courier reported on 2010-10-16 that Nahm-Jim won the heat, chosen from about 2,000 Thai restaurants nominated by diners, and was set to compete in the semi-final. The same article reported that the restaurant opened on Market Street in St Andrews, Fife, in 2002, with Bee Mitchell as head chef and Sandy Mitchell running front-of-house, and that the Sunday Times ranked it the UK's top Thai restaurant in April 2008.

The Courier reported on 2014-04-23 that the Mitchells planned to give up the restaurant to launch a range of cook-at-home Thai products, and that property adviser Christie + Co was inviting offers for the premises. An undated Christie + Co press release describes the premises as the former Nahm Jim restaurant and says an operator from Dundee bought it.
