What happened after Ramsay's Best Restaurant?
Yu & You was presented in the third episode of Ramsay's Best Restaurant (Channel 4, 'Chinese Restaurants', aired 2010-09-28) as a family-run restaurant in Blackburn, paired with London's Kai, according to TVmaze's episode synopsis. The Burnley Express reported on 2014-08-12 that the Yu family's Copster Green restaurant, with Charlie, Victor and Vinny Yu pictured, was marking its tenth anniversary with a charity banquet, and said Gordon Ramsay had chosen it as the best Chinese restaurant in the UK. SquareMeal lists Yu & You at 500 Longsight Road, Copster Green, with Victor Yu as head chef; that undated listing is marked closed.
Harden's lists a restaurant called YU at the same address, run by chef Victor Yu in a roadside former pub, with survey results through 2026 and opening hours Wednesday to Sunday. Google lists the venue as Yu Copster Green Restaurant & Bar.
