What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?

Piatto Pizzeria was one of three restaurants in the May 6, 2016 episode of You Gotta Eat Here! (Food Network Canada, host John Catucci), alongside Hungry Hollow Smokehouse and Grille and Frank's Steakhouse. The TVmaze episode listing describes its segment as Napoletana pizza. The restaurant's own website, read in October 2026, presents the downtown St. John's dining room at 377 Duckworth Street as Piatto Pizzeria + Enoteca, gives hours that include Thursday from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm, and has order-online and reservation links.

The same site also lists a Midtown restaurant in St. John's, one in Guelph and a seasonal Cavendish location, and promotes a Pumpkin Carving Night event. Google Places data checked in October 2026 lists the Duckworth Street location as operational.
