Pure Street Food was featured in “Soup, Sandwiches and Seafood,” Season 38, Episode 14 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives (Food Network), which aired on 2024-02-02. It is a Vietnamese street food stall inside First Street Market at 1327 1 St SW in Calgary. Daily Hive (2025-06-23) described it as the sister business of Pure Kitchen Bar and highlighted its savoury sesame-topped donuts filled with pork, chicken, beef or tofu. The business’s website lists snacks such as the sesame donut, spring rolls and wings, plus pho and rice bowls, and says owner Lam Pham has cooked professionally since 2010.
When the website was checked on 2026-10-19 it listed hours of 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, with closing at 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, gave a phone number and carried a 2024 copyright notice. Daily Hive (2026-03-28) included Pure Street Food and its First Street Market address in a roundup of Calgary restaurants tied to Guy Fieri.
