What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?
Season 4, episode 11 of You Gotta Eat Here! (aired 2015-04-10) had host John Catucci exploring the sandwiches at Shut Up and Eat, according to TVmaze's episode summary; TheTVDB's page for the episode adds that he was left speechless by sandwiches it calls awe-inspiring. Wikipedia's article on that shop says it began in 2010 as a food cart in the A La Carts pod on Southeast Division Street, became a restaurant in 2012, and was founded by John Fimmano and Glenn Hollenbeck. Wikipedia cites coverage dated 2019-03-04 from Eater Portland, The Oregonian, Willamette Week and Portland Mercury about its closing, and says Hapa PDX opened in the space in August 2019.
The episode itself places the shop in Portland: in the segment, host John Catucci says "Welcome to Portland, Oregon," and a regular recalls the shop's move from a food cart to a storefront. Willamette Week reported on 2019-03-04 that Shut Up and Eat, the Southeast Portland sandwich shop in the Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood, had closed after serving its last sandwiches that weekend, about a decade after it began as a cart.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
