What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?

Lahore Tikka House was the Toronto stop in the Season 4 episode of You Gotta Eat Here! titled "The Smoke, Lahore Tikka House, Zingerman's Roadhouse," which aired 2015-04-17. TheTVDB's episode description says host John Catucci tried authentic Pakistani food there, and TVmaze's listing for the episode also mentions Pakistani food in Toronto. According to Streets of Toronto (2024-09-30), the restaurant is at 1365 Gerrard Street East in the city's east end, serves Northern Indian and Pakistani food, and was founded in 1996 by Alnoor Sayani; his son Adam Sayani runs it today.

Streets of Toronto also reported that a fire and the water damage that followed forced the restaurant to close in the summer of 2024, that a food truck in the parking lot served customers while the kitchen was restored, and that the restaurant had since reopened. In October 2026 the restaurant's own website, which carries a 2026 copyright notice, showed a welcome-back banner, the Gerrard Street address and links to delivery ordering (lahoretikkahouse.com).
