The Borough, a Toronto restaurant on the Danforth, was one of three businesses in the episode of You Gotta Eat Here! (Food Network Canada) that aired 2016-11-25 under the title "Queen Bee Cafe/Bon Temps Cafe/The Borough." TVmaze's episode listing records the featured dish as a Yorkshire pudding burger. The other two businesses in the episode were Queen Bee Cafe and Bon Temps Cafe of Saskatoon. A Google Maps listing, checked 2026-10-19, gives the address as 1352 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, ON M4J 1M9, and marks the business as permanently closed.
No dated news story or owner announcement about the closing turned up in a web search run on 2026-10-19, so no closing date is given here. The series, hosted by John Catucci, ran on Food Network Canada from 2012 to 2016, and this episode belonged to its fifth season.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
