What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?
Queen Bee Cafe was one of three businesses in the episode of You Gotta Eat Here! (Food Network Canada) that aired 2016-11-25 under the title "Queen Bee Cafe/Bon Temps Cafe/The Borough." TVmaze's episode listing records the featured food as a crumpwich. The other two businesses in the episode were Bon Temps Cafe of Saskatoon and The Borough of Toronto. A Google Maps search on the name returned a business called Queen B at 3072 N Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, which has a different name and city, so it was not treated as the same business.
TheTVDB's episode listing places Queen Bee in Seattle and names the crumpwich as the dish the host tries. Central District News reported on 2014-03-04 that Queen Bee Cafe opened at E. Madison Street and 22nd Avenue, established by Aegis Living founder Dwayne Clark in memory of his mother. The Leschi Community Council said in a 2016-09-01 post that the cafe at 2200 E Madison St., Ste B, served crumpets and a crumpwich with ham, scrambled egg and cheese. A Wanderlog listing for that address, checked 2026-10-19, carries a Permanently Closed label and gives no closing date.
