What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?
Water-Prince Corner Shop and Lobster Pound, at the corner of Water and Prince Streets in Charlottetown's historic district, supplied the seafood chowder segment of the episode "Tre Sorelle, Bistro Dansk, Water Prince" of You Gotta Eat Here! (Food Network Canada), which aired 2012-09-12 according to TVmaze. Saltscapes, in an article dated 2017-08-02, traced the business to Airport Lobster at the Charlottetown airport before it moved into a former downtown grocery store, said its licensed dining room opened more than 20 years earlier, named Shane Campbell as owner, and wrote that the seafood chowder is popular with customers. Tourism PEI's attraction listing, whose page footer carries a 2026 copyright, gives seasonal dates of April 15 to November 6 and lists seafood chowder, lobster dinners, lobster rolls, and fish and chips. The shop's own website says the restaurant and lobster pound closed for winter renovations and reopened in April 2026, lists current hours of 9am to 9pm daily, and describes a new second-level takeout deck that opened in late June.
