What happened after Ramsay's Best Restaurant?
Fino, a Spanish tapas restaurant at 33 Charlotte Street in London's Fitzrovia, met El Pirata Detapas in the Spanish category of Ramsay's Best Restaurant (Channel 4), in the double-length episode "Spanish Restaurants & The Semi Finals, Pt. 1" aired 2010-11-02, which also held the first semi-final. The Caterer reported on 2015-05-19 that Fino, opened in 2003 as brothers Sam and Eddie Hart's first restaurant, would serve its last day on 2015-06-11 so the owners could focus on new projects; it listed ham croquetas and milk-fed lamb among the dishes. Time Out's review page for Fino carries the same 2015-06-11 end date and a closed label. The Caterer reported on 2016-03-08 that the former Fino site was due to become an Uzbek restaurant called Samarkand, run by Sanjar Nabiev.
