Salvatore's Pizzaiolo Trattoria in Halifax, Nova Scotia, opened the third episode of You Gotta Eat Here!, which aired on Flavour Network on 2012-08-25. TheTVDB's entry says host John Catucci ate pizza there. The restaurant is a pizzeria at 5541 Young Street in the Hydrostone Market area; its website describes gourmet thin-crust New York-style pizza, and The Coast's directory lists Best Pizza Pie wins in 2016 and, in its Best of Halifax results dated 2018-11-01, Best Pizza Pie, Best Pizza Slice and Best Food Delivery. In October 2026 the restaurant's website listed hours (Monday 4pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday 11:30am to 10pm, closed Sunday) and asked customers to phone in orders, but its footer showed a 2016 copyright and it had no dated news posts.
