Is Colliters Brook Farm Still Open? The Hotel Inspector Update

The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5) episode "Colliters Brook Farm" aired July 11, 2017. According to TheTVDB's episode entry, the farm sits near Bristol, and its owner, Richard, wanted to renovate an old barn on the property but had not been able to. Instead he was running a makeshift bed and breakfast out of the farmhouse, and the entry mentions heavy debts that left him without a clear direction. Host Alex Polizzi saw potential in the farm; the task was helping Richard organize the business and make the most of its income.

TVMaze lists a follow-up episode, "Colliter's Brook Farm," in The Hotel Inspector Returns (season 6, episode 2), dated January 15, 2019. Its description says Richard had wanted to run a rustic bed and breakfast in a renovated barn, that developers threatened the project, and it asks whether he revived the plan.

The farm has its own website at collitersbrookfarm.com, checked October 19, 2026. It gives the address as Bridgwater Road, Dundry, Bristol BS41 8JS, about three miles from Bristol Airport and about three miles from Bristol city center, and it mainly advertises airport parking and transfers. Its parking page lists parking at 5 pounds a day, private transfers at 15 pounds for up to four people and an airport bus option at 15 pounds return. The home page describes the farm as offering "a range of overnight accommodation," but it does not list rooms, and neither page shows a year.

A Google Maps listing for the farm, checked the same day, was marked operational. Because the website is undated and no 2026 review or booking page was found, the sources checked do not show whether the bed and breakfast side is trading now.

Colliters Brook Farm's own website was live on 2026-10-20 with 2026 content, and its Google Maps listing that day was not marked closed and showed room rates. Companies House lists Colliters Brook Hotel & Lodge Limited, registered at the farm, as an active company.
