The restaurant's own website says it opened on March 18, 2010, at 1091 Highway 8. When read on 2026-10-20, the website, which carries a 2026 copyright, listed hours of noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, noon to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off. It also offered dine-in reservations, curbside takeout menus, a do-it-yourself catering service for 10 to 200 guests, and a shop for merchandise and gift cards. The site says its smoker runs around the clock every day of the year.
