TheTVDB's listing for that episode describes its Ottawa segment as two brothers-in-law continuing a decades-long seafood tradition. Food Network's restaurant page lists scallops with pork belly and a lobster poutine, in which a steamed, split lobster is topped with fresh-cut fries, lobster gravy and cheese curds. The Ottawa Business Journal reported on 2019-05-15 that Gilles Roy founded the business in 1978, that it is owned by Jim Foster and his brother-in-law Marc Roy, and that it combines a fish market with a 60-seat seafood restaurant in the Blue Heron Mall on Bank Street, south of downtown Ottawa. The business's website, as of October 2026, had an online-ordering widget and a page description reading "Where Flavor Sets Sail." Google's listing showed the business as operational at 1500 Bank St in October 2026.
