What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?
TheTVDB's overview of the Season 2 episode that aired 2013-04-26 describes Pressed as a sandwich-and-waffle spot in the nation's capital, one of three restaurants in the episode alongside Kekuli Café in Westbank and Big T's BBQ & Smokehouse in Calgary. The cafe operated as Pressed on Gladstone at 750 Gladstone Avenue in Ottawa's Centretown West neighborhood. CTV News Ottawa reported on 2020-10-29 that the owner was permanently closing the cafe, with the headline saying it would close that Friday, and that this came one month after she announced it was for sale. Google's Places data listed the address as permanently closed when checked on 2026-10-19. The former website domain, pressed-ottawa.com, displayed unrelated online-casino content when checked in October 2026 and carried no information about the cafe.
