In the You Gotta Eat Here! episode that aired on 2014-06-20, host John Catucci visited Sky Blue Sky Sandwich Company in Toronto, according to TVmaze's episode summary. The shop was a Wilco-themed sandwich business. BlogTO's undated review described more than 25 sandwiches named after songs by the band Wilco, vegetarian options, daily soups and pastries, a lunch and takeout focus, and a second shop on King Street East in the Toronto Sun building. Toronto Life's undated Weekly Lunch Pick review listed a shop at 605 Bloor Street West and described house-baked bread and sandwiches for about $5. NOW Magazine reported on 2018-05-04, in an article about a Sky Blue Sky T-shirt line, that the cafe had closed abruptly the previous May, two weeks after a new owner bought the business.
