What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

The Caspian Hotel, on Haven Green in Ealing, west London, was featured in the third episode of series 9 of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), first aired on 2012-07-19. Wikipedia's episode list, read on 2026-10-19, titles it "The Caspian Hotel + B&B" and says the hotel was owned and run by former beautician Nousha and her son. The list does not set out the advice given or the changes made after the visit.

The hotel's own website, read on 2026-10-19, gives the address as 14 Haven Green, Ealing Broadway, London, W5 2UU, and carries a 2026 copyright footer. The server's last-modified header for the page was dated 2026-09-13. The site includes a section headed "Watch us on The Hotel Inspector" that links to the series on Channel 5, and a profile blurb naming Nousha and her son Samandar, adding that his sister later joined the business. Menu items cover rooms, rates, breakfast, a gallery, reviews and attractions, including a Dolls House Museum.

A notice on the home page says the hotel is not pet friendly. The page shows a summary review score of 4.4 from 281 reviews, with no review dates, and offers an online booking link, a phone number and an email address. It lists no prices on the home page and tells guests to book direct for the best rates.
