The You Gotta Eat Here! episode "Burger Revolution, WhiteBrick Kitchen, Old Crow Cafe" (S3E15, Food Network Canada, aired 2014-05-30) included WhiteBrick Kitchen, a Toronto restaurant. TheTVDB's description of the episode says host John Catucci relaxed with a home-cooked shepherd's pie, though it does not say which restaurant served it. BlogTO described White Brick Kitchen as a Koreatown restaurant known for brunch, chicken and waffles, fried chicken and mac and cheese, and Google Maps lists it at 641 Bloor Street West. In an article carrying 2020-08 in its web address, BlogTO reported that the restaurant closed temporarily on March 17, 2020, reopened with a limited menu on June 26, then announced a permanent closure over the August long weekend, with owner Stephen Howell speaking to the outlet. A Google Maps listing checked on 2026-10-19 marks The White Brick Kitchen as permanently closed.
