Rostizado was the first of three restaurants in the You Gotta Eat Here! episode "Rostizado, Wilf & Ada's, Sweet Moses" (season 5, episode 5), which first aired on 2016-03-25 on Food Network Canada with host John Catucci. TVmaze's episode listing places the restaurant in Edmonton, Alberta, and describes its specialty as Mexican rotisserie cooking. A web search run on 2026-10-19 returned several pages about a restaurant of this name, including a review titled "Review: Rostizado by Tres Carnales" on linda-hoang.com, a post titled "Rostizado in Edmonton, Alberta" on thekitchenmagpie.com and an entry titled "Great Rotisserie and More: Rostizado" on onlyhereforthefood.ca. None of the three carried a date in the search results.
A HicksBiz blog post dated December 30, 2014 gave Rostizado's address as 10359 104 Street NW, in the Mercer Warehouse at 104 Avenue and 104 Street in Edmonton, and a linda-hoang.com review dated February 17, 2016 gave the same address. The Only Here for the Food blog reported in its Food Notes of June 22, 2026 that El Taco Loco, a Spruce Grove taqueria, has a second location in the Mercer Warehouse at 10359 104 Street NW.
