According to TheTVDB's episode entry, Warwick Hall is an 11-bed country house near Carlisle, described as idyllic, though the business itself was struggling. Retirees Val and Nick ran it, and the entry says the business needed a rebrand and a revival before reviewers arrived, with host Alex Polizzi having to persuade the couple that the changes were necessary.

TVMaze lists a return visit, "Warwick Hall, Carlisle," as the first episode of series 7 of The Hotel Inspector Returns, dated July 29, 2021.
