The Lawn Guest House is a guest house at 30 Massetts Road in Horley, Surrey, close to Gatwick Airport. It featured in Series 15, episode 3 of The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5), which aired on 2019-06-20 under the title "The Lawn Guest House, Horley". According to TheTVDB's episode page, owner Quasim was competing with thirteen other B&Bs for the same guests and was finding it hard to keep up with his monthly repayments. Alex Polizzi saw potential in the business, but persuading him to rein in his expensive tastes to improve profits proved far from easy. Wikipedia's list of Hotel Inspector episodes gives the same title, location and air date.

It gives an overall rating of 8.8, labelled Excellent, from 757 reviews, shows nightly prices for 7-8 November, and lists normal check-in hours and a daily front-desk schedule. The listing carries no closure notice. It does not say who owns the property now, and no website for the guest house turned up in the sources read, so whether Quasim remains the owner is not shown. The Hotels.com page is the only 2026-dated source found for this property.

Synopsis (tvmaze.com) : Alex Polizzi visits Horley near Gatwick to help Quasim, the owner, improve his ailing Surrey guesthouse. With 13 other B&Bs all battling for the same trade, he is struggling to make the monthly repayments. Alex can see the potential in Quasim's business, but curbing his expensive tastes to maximise profits turns out to be far from easy.
