What happened after The Hotel Inspector?

Beech House Hotel in Reading, Berkshire, was the subject of a series 3 episode of The Hotel Inspector aired 2007-09-13. Wikipedia's list of The Hotel Inspector episodes (read 2026-10-19) says only that Ruth Watson set out to transform the property, which it names as Beech House.

A hotel called Beech House Hotel at 60 Bath Road, Reading (RG30 2AY) appears on Trip.com and Kayak. Trip.com's page, read 2026-10-19, shows room listings with availability buttons and reviews dated 2024-06-01 and 2025-09-23. Kayak's page, read the same day, shows a score from 922 reviews, no individual review dates and no closure notice.
