What happened after You Gotta Eat Here!?
The 2013-02-22 episode of You Gotta Eat Here! included a Toronto stop for Israeli food, according to the TVmaze episode listing, which does not name a single dish. Dr. Laffa is a kosher Israeli and Middle Eastern restaurant built around laffa, a flatbread baked fresh to order, according to BlogTO's restaurant profile. The business's own website lists shawarma, schnitzel, kebab, falafel and hummus, and says the restaurant was featured on the Food Network show. That website lists two locations, 3027 Bathurst Street in Toronto and 1118 Centre Street in Vaughan, and BlogTO places the Bathurst shop in a plaza near Bathurst Street and Highway 401.
When read in October 2026, drlaffa.com showed a 2026 copyright, online-ordering links for both locations, catering information, and hours of Sunday through Friday. An Uber Eats page for the Bathurst Street shop, read on 2026-10-19, listed it with evening hours and showed a customer review dated 2026-09-03.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
