A web search that day pairing the restaurant's name, its address, the earlier name and Firkin on Bloor returned further Toronto forum threads and business-closure lists, but nothing read independently confirms the Firkin on Bloor note, which therefore rests on Wikipedia alone. The listing does not say when the restaurant closed, and the 2014 year is not confirmed by a second source.
